Research Interests

My research interests focus mainly on the energy conversion of combustion processes with advanced combustion strategies. Using a combined method of thermochemical and chemical kinetic analysis, deeper understandings on the exergy destruction, such as the specific irreversible phenomena/processes that have large exergy losses, the reason why these losses occur, and suggestions on how the process could be improved, are focused. My current interests are primarily in the modeling of the combustion processes of carbon-free fuels.
