Research Interests

Over the recent decades, particular interest in applications of low temperature nonequilibrium plasma for plasma-assisted ignition and combustion has been observed. New possibilities for ignition and flame stabilization are proposed by the plasma-assisted approach. Particularly, the ignition of combustible mixtures such as methane-air through breakdown discharges present my current research. I'm essentially interested by the characterization of nanosecond pulsed plasma discharges in atmospheric pressure and their interaction with flame ignition and propagation
