Michelle Schoonover is the Manager of the Syngas Technology team at Air Products. In this role, Michelle leads a group of Research Engineers who work on new technology development for hydrogen and syngas processes.  Michelle has been with Air Products for over 25 years and has spent much of her career as a Process Engineer working on various hydrogen production and purification technologies.  Michelle has also worked as a product engineer on hydrogen plants and spent five years as the Global Product Owner of Oxygen Vacuum Swing Adsorption prior to moving into her current role in 2019.  Michelle has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
