There are many accommodation options available for attendees, some of them are listed below:
Please note: Attendees are required to take care of their own accommodation expenses and booking.
Attendees are responsible for coordinating their transportation to/from their hotel/airport to the Conference Venue at KAUST.
Please note that without a gate pass, you will not be allowed to enter KAUST campus.
In order to obtain a KAUST gate pass, please send us your documents (see the list below) to ccrc@kaust.edu.sa and/or jessica.chavez@kaust.edu.sa

There is no actual fee to take part in the conference. You will only have to incur travel, visa, accommodation and transportation costs.
Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided by us.
KAUST Research Conference: Aerospace Propulsion and Energy Systems (APES 2024) will take place in the Auditorium between buildings 4 and 5 at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) from 13 - 15 May, 2024.

KAUST is located in Thuwal, which is one hour north of Jeddah. Jeddah's King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) is accessible from many main international flight hubs, including Frankfurt, London, New York and Washington D.C.
As the conference is only for 3 days, persons who cannot apply for an e-visa could use a stopover visa
