Dr. Alshehri received the B.S. degree in Control and Instrumentation  Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently an AI Advisor and an Energy Subject Matter Expert at the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).  Dr. Alshehri also served as an Assistant Professor at KFUPM and as an R&D Engineer at ISO New England and Commonwealth Edison in the United States.
