- Where is the conference located?
KAUST Research Conference: AI for Energy will take place in the Auditorium 0215, between buildings 4 and 5 at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) from 6th to 8th March 2023. KAUST is located in Thuwal, which is one hour north of Jeddah. Jeddah's King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) is accessible from many main international flight hubs, including Frankfurt, London, New York and Washington D.C. - What is the registration fee?
There is no actual fee to take part in the conference. You will only have to incur travel, visa and accommodation costs. Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided by us. - What is the process to apply for visa?
