Head of Customer Success at CNTXT
Ken is the Head of Customer Success at CNTXT, an Aramco joint venture based in Riyadh. In his capacity, Ken works with a wide range of customers from asset-intensive industries focusing on digital transformation and cloud enablement. Specifically, Ken focuses on creating trustable and contextualized OT, IT & ET data to ensure that the full potential of AI capabilities can be unlocked.
Prior to moving to Riyadh, Ken worked for Cognite - a leading industrial DataOps software company based in Oslo, Norway. Ken also has extensive field development experience, having worked at a multinational energy services company in Norway, Brazil and Malaysia.
Ken holds a Masters degree in International Energy Management and Policy from Columbia University, and a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and Government from Lawrence University.
