Greg Bean is the Executive Director of the Gutierrez Energy Management Institute in the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. In this position, he is responsible for energy education, student experiential learning, research, events and industry outreach at Bauer. He is also the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Global Energy Management Degree Program and an Adjunct Faculty member. His teaching and research focus is on the transition to a sustainable energy system. Greg has forty years of energy-related experience in industry, management consulting, and higher education.
