Adrien Chabot is leading innovation and sustainable development at Amelia, a worldwide-operating France-based airline, pioneering the air transport transition towards a more sustainable future. Adrien is responsible for managing the spearhead projects in the company including non-CO2 effects mitigation or hydrogen-powered aircraft entry into service.

Prior to joining Amelia in 2023, Adrien occupied different positions at Safran Aircraft Engines from aircraft performance engineer to commercial engines strategy, contributing to building the foundations for next generation power plants development and hydrogen-fueled experiments. Adrien is an aviation enthusiast, holding a private pilot and flight instructor license
