Research Interests

​Investigate combustion, performance and emission characteristics of both diesel and gasoline engine fueled by alternate fuels. My research also focuses on high-speed visualization of in-cylinder combustion in optical engine. Expertise in using endoscope to study the flame propagation and spray in metal engines. Endeavors to study preignition and measures to counteract super knock in SI engine is in progress. Apart from experimental prowess, got experience in numerical investigation of combustion using CFD.
