Research Interests

​Effect of pressure on morphological parameter of soot in a counterflow diffusion flame using muti-angle multiwavelength light scattering and extinction techniques. Morphological parameters of interest are diameter of primary particle, aggregate size distribution, number of particles in an aggregate, soot volume fraction, fractal dimension and radius of gyration. Suitability of the muti-angle light scattering and extinction techniques at two different wavelengths for recovering the refractive index of soot particles at elevated pressures.
